All Unlimited packages allow unlimited download. To ensure service quality and prevent it of abusive users that could damage the quality of your connection, these services are subject to dynamic control of bandwidth named FUP Fair Use Policy. All other GB packages are volume limited. No FUP is applied within the GB modalities.

Packages denominated by GB have a limited monthly volume of associated data. If you want to consume a larger volume of data you can always order more volume by getting extra GB on demand at any time (login into your private area), as well as purchase the FREEZONE service for daily off-peak time from 23:00 to 7:00 (CET), where you can download/send all the data you want, every night without limits, whether your monthly GB are used up completely or not.

With the Quantis Internet services you can get up to 8Mpbs. You can adjust your speed according to your application needs. To do this, you need to choose your package:  Internet up to 1 Mbps, 2 Mbps, 4 Mbps or 8 Mbps.

Yes, indeed, this system is designed to be installed by yourself. With the DIY kit you will receive a user manual and an installation tool named Point & Play. Remember that, if you need it, you can always ask us to send you a certified professional installer.

It depends on your skills. In Europe 50% of users install it on their own. If you have never installed a satellite dish you should be patient. If you have already installed a satellite dish it would be quite simple but requires much finer tuning than any conventional TV antenna, as the alignment of satellite Internet access is sensitive and accurate. If you are an impatient or not get it, let us do it for you.

Sure! This system is 100% compatible with any operating system. You can do whatever you want. In fact you can use all types of software: Outlook, Messenger, Explorer, Opera, Firefox, Ares, Skype, etc.

The basic connection kit contains:

·         A satellite modem with power supply/cord and Ethernet

·         74cm parabolic dish

Sure! but you must use a router. The basic kit is offered with a modem, allowing you to connect one single computer. Through the interconnection of a router (wireless or ethernet) you would connect more than one computer, so that the connection would be shared.

Yes, of course. Using a Wireless Router you can connect several computers and thus share the connection. The computers will access the Internet simultaneously over the wireless medium.
